Day of Preparation…...

Wednesday 6pm to 6pm Thursday is the day of preparation. 6pm to 6pm. That is when Jesus was both prepared, and ate the Passover the day before. So that all Scripture will be fulfilled. But what is the Day of preparation? It was preparing all, for the main event. Just think, since Adam was created, all the thousands of years, were for preparation. The event itself, took from the beginning, of the day before preparation, till 3pm on the day of preparation, before sundown. Let’s say, thousands of year’s preparation, for the events of just 12 hours. Early morning court case, crucified. All within 12 hours. A lot of preparation, thousands of years, for a small 12 hour event. Everyone, who knows anything, about preparing for any event, they know that “it’s all in the preparation…”Any event not prepared well, is a flop. Flat as a pancake. Work, requires you to prepare certain tasks, so other tasks can be done. College requires you to prepare certain things, in order to sit exams, like payments. All things that are an end result, require first preparation. Preparation to stop a new ministry, in order to minister. Some people are aware how important preparation is in life. Other people do not have the nouse to prepare anything. They just “take it as it comes”. Elena asked me what are the two types of people in the world; She stated the first ones are those who use deductive reasoning. And before she could give me the second, I said the second are idiots. No planning. Now thinking ahead of planning for all eventualities. The biggest deductive reasoner I know, is God. And he made a plan that encapsulates over near 6,000 Hebrew years. What a lot of planning. All to come down to an 11-12 hour period. Thousands of years for one event. So, the challenge, how long does it take you to plan and do ministry? The planning is the very hard work. Bad plan? It all falls apart. A day of preparation? Doubt it. Many millennia. So, what about you? What is it you would like to plan about? First you must have an end goal. Then you must sit down, how to plan, to achieve the end goal? Goal, students to pass. Plan how to achieve the goal? Weekly quizzes. Projects. Monthly exams. And of course, teaching from a book. A CL book. A new ministry. MCC to teach CL in MCC. But it takes more than 11 hours to plan this. More than. But first you must have a goal.
